beginner recording
hi everyone...i'm very new with recording...I've been playing very frequently for about 2 and a half years now, and i'm just getting into recording. I was wondering if there are any free websites/downloads that I can get so that I can just sit down at my computer and it will record it..? Please go easy on me since i'm not so good with this kind of stuff.

Tekker has been pretty thorough about that question.

Sure it has, just put a trigger on your seat that will start the recording. You could even use macros so that sitting on the button will open up your recording program, arm a track to record, and press record. So it's all very doable.
....I know what you're thinking though.

Oops. I thought you meant that you wanted to just sit down in front of the computer and the internet would record it somehow.
Nevermind!

Oh, I thought you were making a joke about this part....
" so that I can just sit down at my computer and it will record it.."
So I was trying to make a joke back.
Welcome aboard by the way!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
