every thing about making the guitar for you

ive been playing for 2 years(i think)
anyways i have this fender starcaster(it came in this begginers package)
but recently i bought a esp eclipse .
I dont find it as coftable as the fake strat
so since i basacly know nothing about guitars
(only how to play them )
does anybody know what i an do to make it abit more cofty to play?
i heard you can change the action?
....please and thank you....
