Ibanez RG270

So, I had a chance to exchange my GSA60 for Ibanez RG270 since I didn't really like GSA60 (going out of tune all the time) I think it was a good deal.

But, it's humbuckers are "ready" for metal and heavier music. Can anyone recommend which (new) humbuckers to put in the guitar for bluesy, jazzy, rock sound?

Oh yes, and I need a recommendation for middle single coil pickup for the same kind of music.

So you're going to stick with metal or jazz? You should leave the stock pickups in because i personally think they sound good. I have tried a 270 before (even though my main is a 370). Jazz/blues tone is not really in the pickups, some of it is in the skill.

Even when i try to play jazz with a jazz setting on my processor, it ends up like banging pots and pans

Yesterday was history, tommrow is a mystery, today is a gift. I'm moving on and starting over. There are things that have been done and past. You cannot change what's done but you can change what has not been. I will fall down and I'll pick myself back up again.

I'm sticking with blues/jazz but built in pickups have too "energetic" sound - don't know how to explain - but it just isn't soft & mellow.

It really depends on the wood of your guitar as another factor to take care of

Tell me a musician as a reference you like and then i can make you sugestions.
