Hi all, I'm new to the forums, I wonder if any of you can give me some advice?

Got my new schecter in the post today...
the bridge humbucker has come loose; the left height adjustment screw (that's the one that goes into the spring right?) is completely loose and will just fall out if turned upside down, and doesn't want to screw back in to anything.
The pickup itself has just sunk back into the body on it's left side and has a lot of play in it when pushed.

Can anyone offer any advice as to what I can do to repair this? Or do you think I'll need to get it repaired professionally?

If you can pull the left side up and hold it there, you should be able to get the screw back in. If there is a spring that fell out and is rattling around inside then it's probably best to remove the strings so that you can remove the HB. This kind of repair is fairly simple. It shouldn't take any more than a little bit of mechanical know-how to handle.
