LC, I was too for a while. I still have & use a little Vtone 8 inch amp for a stage monitor (used to use a Peavey Classic 30 but this is easier to haul around) And now use a Vamp-2 with a FCB1010 foot-controller.
My problem with Behringer is they make stuff as throw aways. If something fails under warranty, they usually do a swap. now that's not bad. But if it's out of warranty, good luck getting parts and getting it fixed. I do small repairs on the side and I've recently talked with Behringer warranty repair shops. Three out of three regret taking on the Behringer line since parts are always on backorder.
They all said the same thing, Behring contracts the gear to the cheapest manufacturer and then swaps out whole pieces of gear under warranty. If it's out of warranty, the shops were told that, under their agreement, they HAD to take the items in for repair if they are out of warranty. Two of the three shops have been waiting 8 mos. and 9 mos, for one small component.
I called Behringer USA and was told I needed to place an order for a small input jack/preamp assy. That way, when they came off backorder, i would have access to one. I asked how long they had been on B.O. and the lady told me they were still waiting for the initial shipment of spare parts and it was 4 months overdue!!!!
So, buyer beware. There was also some question as to how they rate the power of their amps as one 120 watt model pushes only about 50 watts according to the power device inside.
BUT!! If you get something from them, and take good care of it, my stuff seems to be lasting a while and performing as I expected it to.
So, I'll put that positive spin on it for an ending.
