I've done it. I've made up my mind. :D

On what guitar I'm going to buy. I've been shopping around
for about 7 months or so. Couldn't decide between an electric
or an acoustic. I actually did buy one in May, but returned it
after I noticed the pickguard was pealing up. It was a Gibson Early
'60s Hummingbird
Gorgeous (and smelled really, really good.
Is that wierd?), but too expensive to ignore something like that.
For me, anyway.

Anywho, then I looked at electrics. Wanted to get a Paul Reed
Smith Custom 24 (or Custom 22. Wanted 24 frets, didn't want the
PRS Tremolo. Actually posted a thread here about it, but never
made a decision. hehe), but since I also don't have an amp and
the guitar alone is around $2100, it would have been just too
much money right now. Maybe next year, when my car is paid
off.

So, what am I going to buy? This baby:

....maybe.

I ordered it today. Woohoo! It won't be here until
Monday, though. Which is 6 days before Christmas
(I think). Merry Christmas to me!

Little worried about it during shipping. Especially
since it's so cold outside. :O

Yes Merry Christmas to you ethic. What a nice thing to look forward to getting just before Christmas. I wouldn't worry about the shipping, I'm sure they have that all covered

Very nice looking. I like the little clip on the website it sounds awesome, does anyone know if that is part of a known song or something made up? the chord procession near the end is what I thinks sounds awesome.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
