guitars from days past
If memory serves me right, my first electric guitar was a strat copy by Hondo, I then moved on to a Gibson copy by Arbiter. This was some 25 years ago.
Anyone owned or know of these makes?

Hondo's were prevalent. Never heard of an Arbiter.

I think i had a Hondo dirt bike in high school in 1972. I have a guitar from the past though, it's a 1932 Martin 0-18K in the original case. Sweet!
Never heard of an arbiter guitar

Ivor Arbiter died in 2005. His obit is here:

I think Arbiter was a dealer and the company used the name as a brand for a while.
