country music acoustic
Whats the acoustic guitar that Brad Paisley plays? It seems to have a plate in the sound hole. I also saw a cmt GOO special and Alan Jackson seemed to have the same guitar. I havent been able to find any standard looking acoustics with this option. I love the sound of this guitar, what ever it is.

As far as the soundhole cover goes, it is simply a piece of rubber that fits in the soundhole. It is designed to cut down on feedback when performing. If you're just playing acoustically and not amped, you yank that thing out of there or the guitar will sound dead by itself.

I completely forgot about those. We have had this discussion a couple of months back about those things.

Thanks, does anyone know what model acoustic he plays. It's probably some Martin Model, but the only equipment listed on him is his Crooks and Dr. z's.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
