Unhappy Help with my new guitar Stagg EQ 7545R

Hi Guys,

Should I take out the battery from the battery compartment when I'm not playing as it seems to be discharging all the time?

Whats the levels for Bass Treble etc I should be setting on my guitar?

Should I be taking out the battery when I'm playing my guitar through my amp?

What levels do I set on my guitar and my amp when I'm playing through my amp?

To be honest I'm a little confused!!

Check to make sure your guitar's preamp is switched off (If it has a switch) or there is no 1/4'' cable plugged into the guitar. Most of the systems that use batteries activate when it has an instrument cable plugged into it.

Usually that's up to your preference. Just set it to something you like tone wise

If you do, you probably wont be able to get your pickup system to activate, which means you'll be playing acoustically, not through the amp

What levels do I set on my guitar and my amp when I'm playing through my amp? Again, it's mostly preference, but for an acoustic guitar that is put through an amp, the amp settings should not have too much gain or volume to the point in which you recieve feedback through the amp.

To be honest I'm a little confused!!

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
