If it's labeled 'Ext Speaker' for extention speaker' then yes. A couple of things to keep in mind:

1. The Ext Speaker is an ohm rated output and you must use an extention cabinet of the same ohm load.

2. Sometimes on some amps when you plug into the ext speaker jack you automatically disconect the cabinet speaker in your combo amp.

3. Sometimes on some amps when you plug into the ext speaker jack you must manually activate a switch to change the amps ohm load out put to match the new load of the cabinet speaker and the cab.

what kind of amp is it?

Many ext cabs are 8 ohm if there's only one or two speakers. I couldn't find the manual for that specific amp in the download section of Epiphone's web site so I can't tell you for sure which cab to get and how it works.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
