Rockandroll2354 Short on Distortion

I like thr Bad Monkey. It is cheap and has a lot of flexability. BTW it's an OD pedal.

  Distortion petal

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Alright im playing an epiphone 60 dsp and its a great amp in every way except for one that i have noticed its disttortion im looked for a nice single pettle to make up for my distortion im a big boss user and really havent tried much other than that im lookin for a petal with a more classic rock (70s zeppelin type style that touch of blues) within a 100 buck. so most single petals are on the table.

That's what happens to my wife's flower displays after a couple of days, drives me mad.

What about the Line6 EC or JH pedals?

I second the bad monkey for it's mild and controllable distortion effect. Definitely not heavy metal though.

I dont know if they are available in the states, but i imagine they would be.

I found the behringer pedles over here to be a good way to play with different soudns without spending much money ($39.95 over here) they're cheap, and plastic, and i do have to doubt the quality a bit, but they're pretty good if your gentle with them....

I use them just to see if its the right effect im looking for, before spending $150 on a good quality pedle. Especially until such time as i get an FX board

Munky, Lets's hear it! Unless you mean it's the best because of the cool orange color.

You can hear my Bad Monkey in the recording section. I posted in Krissovo "playing with blues". Low gain (about 3 of 10 on the gain dial). This is direct into the computer, so there are no amp tones.

Munky,

my vox tonelabSE models that pedal very nicely, and yeah it is great...

RocknRoll2354

I would suggest something like the Marshall blues breaker or the marshall jack hammer, depending on the type of distortion you want... but try both of them out...
