Gibson J150 / SJ300 any Idea`s.

OK All,
last year bought a Gibson J150 with rosewood back and sides, been looking on the guitar sites on the webb and Gibson to find one but cant. I gather they have now stopped making it but have a new model called The Gibson SJ300 with rosewood back and sides and almost the same as my J150. I am trying to find out what kind of ammount of J150 rosewoods they made and if not many would mine be a bit rare for the future.
Have been in touch with Gibson but they cant tell me much.
Thanks Tony.

Ok-I did a little research at Gibson--I find a J 150 in mahogany but no mention of that model in rosewood. Are you sure of the wood type for that guitar--they are beautiful btw congrats on owning such a fine instrument.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
