Great idea, I love it especially as I have a military background. I also love the fact that they have rapid response bands who play at scenes of devastation.
Reminds me of when I was in Sarajevo in Bosnia in 92, I was at the old TV station when a artillery shell hit one of squares opposite us and killed at least 10 and injured so many more. Within 10 minutes a lovely lady wearing a evening dress carrying a harp and young man dressed in a Tux with a chello turned up and setup in the crater that was produced and started playing some beautiful music. Shells were still falling and snipers were taking shots at them at the time as well, it was very emotional and I spent the next hour trying to cover them with my section of men. Before long there were hundreds of locals there singing with candles and all of us were crying.
It was a real defining moment in my life, I wish I do something similar once I am a bit more experienced!
