A2 or not to A2.....That is the question!
Hi All
I have a Zoom G2.1 pedal that I use to hook up my electric guitar, incidently I also hook up my accoustic Fender (with all effects off) to it as well so I can play into my PC. I find it really good once I take the time to set it up and keeps me interested in my electric.
What I have seen now is that there is a accoustic version the Zoom A2, is it any good or worth it? I notice that it has some good looking guitars effects and the amps look good as well. Is it just a toy or will I see any benifits? Does anyone have it?

Zoom is a line of lower end fx boxes like the zoom 505II. Google for them. Should be pretty easy to find.

They are of decent quality for the beginner or recreational player. (this is especially true for electric guitar players). Accoustic effects on these things are to my liking... The worst part about them is the fact that they are made of plastic. They are sturdy but very light and they can tend to move around on the ground when you are trying to stomp it...

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
Buy it now for only $10 |
