I know Teisco used to make similar models, but that's the only brand I can think of.
I say "used to", because Teisco does no longer exist.
They used to make pretty weird shaped models.

Is it possible to get closer pics? How about a head stock close up also? What does the back in the neck joint area look like? Im not a collector or even close to being an expert/collector. I like looking at older Japanese copies from the early years and that sure looks like one. If i had to guess to be in the ballpark area, I would say Teisco. I only guess that because of the tulip shape and the trem unit.

If it's a Kay, Stewart or Silvertone it means it's a Teisco anyways really, as Teisco used the names of these brands on guitars imported to UK and US.
Although very unlikely, it MIGHT be a Kawai, as Kawai bought Teisco but discontinued their guitar line after only 2 years or so.

I wish I still had my funky ugly Kawai's. I bought 2 in the 60's for 25 bucks each brand new. One was to chop up and paint. I miss those miserable playing guitars LOL!! Oh well, I was young, dumb and on D...well young. Still dumb LOL!!

I cant pull up the pics since my stuff wont allow cookies. Im also no dealer or collector but doing some checking on the net, 2 piece pickguards and 3 PU average 200 bucks. Yours being 2 PU I would guess would be less unless you can find someone specifically looking for that guitar. This is just a guess so dont take this as fact. I will be honest with you. If you sell it cheap Im interested.
