Dean Guitars

So What Are Your Guys's Opinion On Dean Guitars??? I Personally think they're one of the best brands out there. I Have a Z Series, Black Gold Edition. It is the most Killer guitar I have ever played!!!

Some of the upper end Deans can be pretty good. Some of the lower end models can also make good first guitars.

I have a Dean Evo Special Select. Made in Korea. Had to make a minor adjustment to the nut (too high) and resolder the connection for the Bridge pup to the toggle switch.

Other than that, I love everything about it!! Love the tone I can get from it, love how it feels when I play it (not too heavy) great neck, looks great.

But, If it were ever destroyed or stolen, I would not get another one....I'd get a Dean Soltero!!!!!!!

O My Gosh!!

The local store finally got one in, an American made one. I got to play it for just a few minutes. Good thing it was for just a short while.....Oohhh, nice!

That is definitely the way to go if I somehow lost this one...mmmmmm!

I've got 2 Deans, an acoustic and an electric, both are great. My next guitar is going to be the the 79 ML/F. Very nice guitars.

They're ok. I've tried my friend's Dean ML (hardtail) and I've tried afew of the Dimebag darrell series.

I heard even a Korea made Dean is better than afew American made models.

Fav bands for now: In Flames, Arch Enemy, Slayer, Blind Guardian, Iron Maiden, Children of Bodom, Cradle of Filth, DragonForce, Killswitch Engage, Chimaira, Michael Angelo Batio, Dream Theater, Metallica, Wintersun, Static X, Megadeth, Pantera, Nightwish, Shadows Fall

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
