Ibanez Talman TCM50 Acoustic Electric Guitar

Anyone have any experience with this one? It's for sale, second hand. I'm not sure how old it is, but they are asking for $195 CDN. It looks like they are only around $250 new? I found this link.

Ibanez Talman TCM50 Acoustic Electric Guitar at AmericanMusical.com

Thanks.

Hey Nutty, Got the same price as you it's $249 at Musicians Friend, if the one you're looking at is mint condition it might be worth it but if it's been around the block a bit it should be a little bit less than that really, for an extra $54 you get a brand new guitar and a warranty so that might be a better way to go, I haven't got any experience of this guitar
so I can't comment on it but here are a load of reviews which on the whole are pretty good

All the Best

PS. I don't know the exchange rate between the Canadian and US Dollar so please forgive me if my figures are a bit out

Sailor is right. A 50 buck difference is not much of a bargain.

Well she got lucky and sold it. She said it was 2 years old and cost around $375. She said the price probably came down because the Canadian $ was better. Maybe. She got lucky.

Probably not. I was just checking out to see if it was a bargin or not. Hate to turn those down! Besides, I already have 6 guitars and my daughter has 3. So, if I spend any more money, it should probably be on recording equipment.

Nutty

P.S. Did you get the Aardvark? Or does it close today?

Hi Nutty, I'm banned from buying guitars at the moment as I've got 5 1/2 + the Balalaika.
I got the Aaardvark, I paid £100.18 + £22 postage for it which was a bit less than I thought I'd have to pay, there was a concern about back up but Tekker said I should be ok and there's a Yahoo site for Aardvark owners, I was tempted by the Apple but the Compaq I have has plenty of space and I can always add some more RAM, all I've got to do is install the card now , if all goes well I should have a good set up. I had a budget of £150, so I spent the rest on a Drum Pedal for my Daughter so she's happy

Hope you're well Nutty

Best Wishes

Chris
