Good Tuner?

I've absolutely lost my tuner. I can't find it, ANYWHERE. I need a new one, and I need some advice on what type to get, and brand if anyone can compare a few. Thx

And they saw that it was good!
They said to play it louder than ****,
We promised that we would!

And its NEVER GONNA DIE!!

I've used this one Buy Fender LX-12 Chromatic Tuner online at Musician's Friend for a few years now and it is still working great! What I don't understand is seeing it on MF or GC for $14 to $20 then in stores for $35 plus?! I think I paid $20.

If everything has a point, well then I must have one, too.

For a stand-alone tuner I like the Korg CA-30. I use it for my electric, acoustic and bass guitars and it works great for all of them. Inexpensive, easy to use and has held up very well.

If you're looking for a pedal tuner, the Boss TU-2 is one of the venerable "old standbys".....but I really like the looks of the new Korg "Pitch Black" that will be coming out soon. It may replace the TU-2 on my pedalboard.

I agree with D-Dawn, I use same and it just keeps going. I paid £15.

I don't use a tuner, but one thing to think about is that stompbox tuners can power other pedals in your chain I believe (the boss one does). Pretty nifty to save on battery life, even though the difference in price is noticable....
