G-Bender Telecaster
I have heard of this gadget that can be aftermarket fitted to a Fender Telecaster to bend the G string by pulling the guitar strap!
Does anybody have a picture of it? I can't figure out why you want to bend only the G string! What does it sound like? Any songs that features a "G-Bender" ?
Should I put one on my Telecaster?

B-Bender - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A friend of mine put a hipshot Bender on his tele yesterday. As the article says, hipshots are a lot less invasive. I have seen a tele with 3 hipshots on it plus a Dropped D lever on the neck.

Brad Paisley uses McVay G-benders on the majority of his guitars. He has a couple of B-benders, but says he prefers the sound of the G-bender. You can hear the G-Bender in many of his songs.
If you click on that McVay link above, there are pics of his G-Benders in the Gallery.
As to whether you should put one on your guitar or not - that's a subjective call. If you like the sound and think you could make use of it, why not?

Kinda, except it bends it up rather than down. It's more like doing a string bend on that one string.

Is it meant to use in a chord or single note?

Both. In a recent interview (the December edition of "Guitar Player" magazine), Brad talked about his technique with the G-bender, and he mentioned using it in both chords and notes. On his albums you can hear him use it a lot in double stops to get that "pedal steel" type sound.

There's another video here where you can actually see the bender working, and hear the "pedal steel" effects he's making with it:

If you really want to mess with benders but don't want to spend a huge wad of money, check out Tim Wallace's custom guitars (hysterical demo video, btw!) I've considered picking one of those up just to check it out - same price as a MIM Tele and it has both B and G benders on it.

I have never tried a B bender or G Bender but judging by what I'm reading, I prefer my tremolo bridge instead.

I heard the best B-Bender Telecaster sound came from a band named The Hellecasters. What is their best album to listen to?

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
