Problems with pocket pod software

I'm having problems with my line6 pocketpod software. When I download a tone and open it up with the software the tone doesn't change. The file looks like it's loading, no error screens or anything, but it just keeps the same settings.

Also on customtone.com I'm having trouble finding a tone for the white stripes new song icky thump or just an accurate white stripes sound, my chemical romance sound, there's just a lot of sounds I thought would be available on the site before I bought it... most of the popular stuff is metallica and satrini... nothing I like or can play.
