Another Bargain.

Anyone want a Floyd equipped guitar for about 150 US. It is one of those deals where the parts are worth more than the guitar. I have some friends that are jumping all over them. The good and bad is that the Floyds are speed loaders. That means you would probably have to order strings over the net.

Har. One friend of mine just ordered 3 of them. He phoned the floyd rose people and they said that the floyd is the real deal, not a cheap imitation. Cool.

The speed loader trem is worth 200 bucks on it's own. You run into these deals sometimes where the parts are worth more than the whole. Downside of a speed loader is that the strings cost twice as much. Good side is that you can change strings in 5 minutes instead of half an hour.

Thanks for the link AT I had no idea that sort of set up or those sort of strings existed , so would you never except when changing a string have to make that fine tune adjustment with allen key ?
Curious is the main benefit for say the guys you know the trem not detuning the guitar or the quick string change aspect ?

Yup. It can be quite a chore changing strings on a floyd. Being able to change strings in 5 minutes is way cool. Not having to tune up or go out of tune on dives ain't to0 shoddy either.
