Life is Beautiful

This is a song I wrote today. I know there is just a few mistakes in it, but tell me what you think. This is the best take I could get out of it tonight.

Hey Bob!!! I love it! What a voice! You dark horse! Why haven't we heard you before??? (maybe I missed it before but I don't think so).

Things I like:
the deep dark voice, the clop-along guitar style (reminds me of those old singing cowboys strumming as they rode along), the tune, the finger-picking, and the lovely sunny, happy feel to the whole thing. Excellent! Well done, it brought a big grin to my face all the way through

One good thing about music is that when it hits you, you feel no pain - Bob Marley

Thanks folks! One of my problems is that I am on dialup and it takes forever to load up a song to the internet. I'm hoping to change that real soon.
About the song. Started that I heard a song on Sirius and liked it, looked it up and started learning it. Then, I realized that I didn't like it as much as I thought. By that time I had already changed the tune altogether so I wrote some new words. I think that there is one word the same in both songs. I guess it doesn't matter how you get there as long as you do.

I probably never listen to how other songwriters write their songs, I just write on using my own imagination. windsong

YEP! Your got a voice that even the Statler Brothers would envy.
The playing was pretty good too.
