Lefty Challenge 3
This is a D chord progression I used to use as part of my warm up as a right hander. Now I have used it as a chord finding/changing exercise plus left hand practice as a left hander.
The Nylon string one is using a mic and is fingerstyle. Its repeated three times which may be a bit boring for listeners but when recording I just kept going as it was going OK for a change.
The second upload is the same chord progression but on my new cheap right handed electric/acoustic with a home conversion to a lefty. It is practicing chords and strumming with plectrum.

Thanks guys. It's not actually any harder than being a complete beginner. After maybe 10 days of playing as much as my sore fingers allowed, the right/left confusion was pretty much gone, and now it's the same problems of co-ordination as it was the very first time. It's deja vu all over again!

Nice playing Carol, both of them were cool, it's remarkable what you've achieved and it's great to hear your playing coming along so well, did your original injury heal ok I never thought to ask about that, Kudos to you my friend, inspiring stuff.
Best Wishes
Chris

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
