Rag sort of thing

Bit bored so I thought I would inflict something on you good folk, this tune was in a youtube lesson that I had saved some time ago but never tried , can't post the link as it is no longer there
( which is probably a good thing so you won't know how it should be played )
I tried miking my amp to try and lose the metalic sound I seem to get when going direct from guitar to pc, but it doesn't seem much different.
Cheers
Matt

That's sounding pretty darn good, mattz196. If you're going to work on anything, work on your thumb thumping out those bass notes, try and get it to be a little more independent. A good steady bass line, even if it's just sits on the root, will tie the rest up nicely, but your slidy riffs are great, lots of good vibe and attitude.

Keep on doing it, keep on tying up those little loose ends, you're doing well.

Thanks Kirk will work on your suggestions, one of the reasons I revisited this tune was that I had worn I my welcome at home by playing your Ragtime Pickin' lesson over and over , which is great fun to play . Would never had even thought about playing this style if not for that great lesson.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to listen and comment .
Sorry AT but can't go with your suggestion as I would not be able to get part the first bar ,perhaps a helmet like your tin foil one but made of kevlar is required

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
