Hey guttertrashsingalong, if this is the "Always On My Mind" your thinking of, Kirk has already done a lesson for that.
Here it is in 3 parts:
Always On My Mind >> part 1
Always On My Mind >> part 2
Always On My Mind >> part 3

Surely not!My wife loves that song and i wanted to surprise her with something that dosent require a mosh pit.I was just thrown off trying to fingerpick the notes the same way they are played on a piano and i couldnt get it right.Maybe once i learn it ill learn to play it with some distortion behind it.WEEe

I think it's a great song too. The guy who wrote it, Mark James, also wrote Moody Blue, Suspicious Minds and How am I supposed to Live Without You, amongst others. I bet he's never been short of a girlfriend (or two).

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule
Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
