Muddy Waters - Got My Mojo Workin

Anyone have the tab for Muddy Waters - Got My Mojo Workin

I'm just starting out at the age of 62 and I like the old time blues, but I can't find any very basic books on what I am looking for.

I like Jimmy Red - Bright Lights, Big City and Big Boss Man and Baby What You Want Me To Do

John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley are great too.

I can find the lyrics but not the tablature

I figure that if you are going to learn the guitar it should be music that gives you pleasure.

I'm not that familiar with the tune but it is basically a 12-bar blues. So pick an easy key, A for example, and follow the usual structure.

First 2 lines strum along with A, 3rd line go up to D, 4th line back to A, 5th line E7, 6th line D and for the final line back to A.

Hope this is clear enough. It would be easier to show the whole song but I'd rather not reproduce the lyrics here on the site.

Re:Anyone have the tab for Muddy Waters

Can't help with your request but saw the post and couldn't resist

You're a shade younger than me..I'm 66 and just starting out.

Jimmy Reed was/is my all-time favorite...as a kid I listened to
Stan's out of Shreveport, and After Hours; Galatin (sp) TN
Good luck with your search.

Stan

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
