Pachelbel Canon in D
I recently bought Canon in D, chords and melody to teach my son for the local music competition.
My thought was to play the chords through and then it goes quite nicely into the melody - BUT HOW TO FINISH?
I just don't know. Any advice anyone please.

Hi mikee ... why not just go back to lesson 1 Pachelbel Canon and end it as per the lesson? Or better yet, go straight to the third pass through it in that lesson, the last pass, and end it like it does in the lesson.

Hello Kirk. Do you mean finish on that very cool ad lib thing you do at the end of the melody? Or three times through the melody and get back on to the first lesson and finish on that nice melancholic chord.
I appreciate your advice very much.

I mean whatever you do beforehand, go back to bar 9 of the first lesson and end it as I did in the movie. I think that would work well.
