Progressions

Hi, here's my first!
When you write this | I - - - | - - - - | - - - - | - - - - | IV - - - | - - - - |

| I - - - | - - - - | #V - - - | V - - - | I - - - | - - - - | and other kind of progressions the Roman numbers are related to what or from where do you pick them? What's the general rule behind? Probably a long theory lesson…
Another question how do I keep track of my question, answers and comments? Thanks

Hi, here is the 2nd:
When, in the end of a lesson I click [i]click here to discuss this lesson I'm directed to a long list of subjects. Can't I go directly to the lesson I want to discuss and check all the comments added by others? Do I have always to open a new thread to discuss?
Merci

You need to open a new thread. It's not perfect I know but that the way it works for now.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!
