Thanks, Jimmy Z ... but what lesson are you talking about?

As for PlaneTalk ... if you find yourself looking up the fretboard wondering how to make use of it all, how to organize your thinking, how to invent and improvise melodically and chordally over any old piece of music, then you're probably a good candidate. There is a way to distill all the gobbledeegook down into one simple mindset. Takes a whole lot of practicing, of course, but at least you only really to practice one thing.

its good for me because it helps me practice a little fingering but not getting to deep , im more of a rythem player so its good practice for the barr chords and get me a little farther up the fret board , u know the scary land lol

Scared of the unknown!

Once you know how to look at it, there's nothing scary about it.
