  Stream of consciousness

Here is the song I am spending most of my time on. The music I have in mind is a hard metal, with a cadence along the lines of
"Hey diddle diddle, the cat and the fiddle,
The cow jumped over the moon,
The little dog laughed to see such sport,
And the dish ran away with the spoon. "

At the bottom is my word list and song questions. They should give you a feel for my idea. I have no actual event in mind.

Sympathetic Destruction

Chorus:
The buildings crashed
The smoke and the ash
The fear of Sympathetic Destruction.

Verse 1:
With a dreadful sound the walls came down
And darkness covered the land.
The heat of the fire could boil your tears
Leaving only evil laughter

Verse 2:
Sleep was lost with a terrible cost
As the holiday grew even colder
Hate wins the game and
Fear controls everyone’s actions

Stream of consciousness
Death, Blood, Carnage, Hate, Fire, Heat, Smoke, Ashes, Corpses, Disease, Dismemberment, Fear, Loss, Evil, Darkness, Crying, Pain, Tears, Sleep, Cold

Life, Beauty, Love, Warmth, Children, Holidays,

What happened?
Why did it happen?
When did it happen?
Who did it?
Recovery?
