fields of gold

Hi everybody,

need some help on this one "fields of gold" the "eva cassidy" version (what a beautiful version), i saw on guitarnoise a version done by david hodge
http://www.guitarnoise.com/article.php?id=81
which sounded good to me to use for a picking arrangement, the verse has already a nice melody in it, but working on the chorus part there's a singing line wich i can't get sounding right.
In this part eva is singing "But I swear in the days still left" and it's such a distinctive
voice part so i want to capture the sound right. But i can't aaaaaahhhh! and that's so.. frustrating. I don't no what's the matter in this part probely the chords don't fit the voice line or whatever....... so if somebody could help!

Thanks.....

I think you'd have to post your version hli so that we can hear the problem, it's very difficult otherwise.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
