Yamaha Pacifica 112J

Yo all,

I've decided to buy an electric guitar.
After alot of searching and comparing prices/quality I think the Yamaha Pacifica 112J is the one for me.

I'm a beginner and the 112J seems like a very decent quality guitar, and after playing it, it seems like a very good beginner guitar. Compared to the other guitars the price range was kind of in the middle, not too cheap and not too expensive.

What do you guys think of this guitar?

Thanks,
Seether

A good work horse guitar. A good choice in that price range. Congrats.

Thanks,
I think the price is about 250-300$, but can't seem to figure out what ppl exactly mean with a "cheap" guitar .

A cheap guitar would be consider anything under 500 bucks. 500 to a 1500 mid range and 1500 and up high end. Cheap does not always mean less playability. The quality of the hardware and over all finish plays an important part in pricing. Just my opinion.

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
