Buying a classical guitar

Hey everybody

I'm planning on buying a classical guitar.
I found one on the internet. It's supposed to be a good one (a Cuenca model 50). It's a second hand, but hasn't been played on very often and has no significant damage.
But it's about 10 years old. Is that a problem with a classical guitar? Do they lose quality over the years or does it not matter?

Eric

Here is a review but, take it with a grain of salt since the reviewer has only been playing for 3 months. Material wise it looks ok. I have never heard of a Cedar fretboard before but, maybe that is a classical guitar thing.

I don't think I've heard of a cedar fretboard before either. Sure that isn't a mistake and they meant soundboard?

I have not seen one of these guitars, so I can't really say. I did google it and best I can tell it has a ebony fretboard. The site was not in english:
FICHE TECHNIQUE :

The GfB&B Guitar Slide Rule

Download the PDF of the 'Guitar Chord Slide Rule', print it out, fold it together and you'll have at your disposal a very neat tool that will not only show you all the positions for the main flavors of chords, but will also teach you a very important lesson about how the guitar works... It consists of a folded sleeve and six double sided inserts, instructions for cutting it out and folding it together are included with the PDF ... it's very simple to do, and if you botch it, you can simply print it out again!

Buy it now for only $10
