How to Play Slide Guitar in Standard/Dropped-D DVD by Kirk Lorange

If you really want to spice up your playing, slip a slide over your pinkie and add it to your musical vocabulary. There's no need to re-tune your guitar to an open tuning, just stay in standard or lower that bass string down to D. Kirk shows you how in this 70 minute DVD, talking and playing you through the basics, vibrato, muting, playing single note lines, finding all the chord flavors (they're all there!) and mixing it all into one very neat hybrid style of playing guitar.   Copper Reso cover? where can I get one?Do they exist?

hey folks, the coverplate on my dean chrome G is starting to discolor, I'd like to get a faded copper coverplate for it, all I can find as far as aftermarket coverplates are highly polished brass one, wanted kinda a dulled look, like a penny, since the rest of the guitar, although ornate, with all the engravings etc, looks like a "Tart's Handbag" wanted to maybe tone it down a little, any ideas?

The best blues performers in the world are shamans. Spiritual descendents of the ancient witch doctors and mystics.
