How to Play Slide Guitar in Standard/Dropped-D DVD by Kirk Lorange

If you really want to spice up your playing, slip a slide over your pinkie and add it to your musical vocabulary. There's no need to re-tune your guitar to an open tuning, just stay in standard or lower that bass string down to D. Kirk shows you how in this 70 minute DVD, talking and playing you through the basics, vibrato, muting, playing single note lines, finding all the chord flavors (they're all there!) and mixing it all into one very neat hybrid style of playing guitar. Anyone have any experience with his DVD? I saw some clips and it looks like it fits my style (what it is an what it should be).

Thanks

Roy is one of my favourite players.
If its the DVD I'm thinking of, then I highly recommend it.

I'd rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Nice Videos.

Does anyone know what pickup he (Roy Rogers) is using in those videos from guitar.com and where I can find one? Been looking for a humbucker for my acoustic.
