How to Play Slide Guitar in Standard/Dropped-D DVD by Kirk Lorange
If you really want to spice up your playing, slip a slide over your pinkie and add it to your musical vocabulary. There's no need to re-tune your guitar to an open tuning, just stay in standard or lower that bass string down to D. Kirk shows you how in this 70 minute DVD, talking and playing you through the basics, vibrato, muting, playing single note lines, finding all the chord flavors (they're all there!) and mixing it all into one very neat hybrid style of playing guitar. Hi, Donny ... I'm glad you're enjoying the DVD.
I only ever did one album years ago called No Apostrophe. The record industry left such a foul taste in my mouth that I never went back for seconds. You can order that here ... other than that I've done quite a few home recordings that I guess I should compile into another CD of some kind. They're mostly snippets of ideas.
Thanks for asking!

Thanks for the info Kirk,
I love your tone & style and hope to use the DVD to bring what I hear in my head to the guitar. I've been playing slide for 15 years or so, and always wanted to incorporate single note lines with the slide and this really comes close to what I invision. Thanks and will keep all posted on the progress.

I assume you've listened to Kirk's songs on the bottleneck site. If not, it's way cool. Here's the website:
