OK, I've got a hook. Depending on the imagination, it can go in any number of directions.
Lets put our heads together here.

The hook is .. "Keep The Change"

This could be about a person who wants to "change" a second person but the second person doesn't want to change. i.e., "Baby, you can keep the change"

It could be about someone paying off someone else... $$ money wise.

Let bounce some ideas.....
