I've done that alot. It is more difficult, but sometimes ya just come up with the hook first and it happens to be the title!

Oh, I know the feeling! I get stuck on the word or words that I
really want to use and I hammer them into my brain so I can try and make them stick. lol. I'm alot better off when I put them on a shelf and start thinking about the lines differently.
