The Bob Brozman vids are excellent, though volumes 2 & 3 would probably intimidate a beginner.

If you're serious about sliding, you'll want to see these.

I've been playing guitar for a pretty long time and I think I can watch volumes 2 & 3 every day for the next year and still learn something new each time. These are VERY intensive lessons and worth every penny.

You can also sometimes find them on ebay substantially cheaper than retail price.

Sorry but I just think that Brozman is one of the people that really does deserve to get my money - ripping a DVD might only take a few pennies out of his pocket, but out of principle I think it's wrong.
