Since you're looking at modeling amps, you might want to take a peek at the Roland Cube 60 also. They get pretty good reviews here and elsewhere amongst those who own them, and the price is the same as the VOX.
That Schecter you linked to is a beautiful axe! String-through mahogany body should mean sustain for daaaaaaays, and that quilted maple top is just.....<wipes drool off chin>. Any of the guitars you listed will sound good playing most of what you want, but I think the Tele would fall short of the others when it comes to playing metal.
