Wood Combinations for guitar

just wondering which combinations is better for a person who likes to strum and fingerpick. I need a warm but not too warm or too bright sound. like in between. also if i plan to strum harder i'd like a brighter sound. btw what is better east indian rosewood or ebony? i know engleman spruce is good for fingerpicking which has a bit of more warmth.

top solid sitka spruce - gloss finish
back & sides solid sapele - satin finish
neck solid mahogany
fingerboard solid ebony
bridge solid ebony
nut & saddle TUSQ
rosette contemporary pattern wood inlay
inlays abalone dots

vs.

SOLID ENGLEMANN SPRUCE TOP

SOLID SAPELE BACK AND SIDES

SOLID MAHOGANY NECK

SOLID EAST INDIAN ROSEWOOD FINGERBOARD AND BRIDGE

TUSQ NUT AND SADDLE

ABALONE DOTS
