MusiciansFriend.com has some. Also, GuitarFetish.com has a LOT of different styles of knobs. Plain Silver, Gold, Brass. Some with mother-of-pearl tops.
All of them look pretty cool. Give them a look and maybe you'll find something that looks like what you want.
