Ok, just some back story on myself. Don't know much about music, but very very interested in guitars and willing to put the time and effort to play well. I'm currently reading on music theory and then would start on frets tabs etc, and hope to start playing a guitar in 2007 (Summer maybe).
For some advice, would getting an acoustic-electric guitar be something I should start off with?
