slide picking ive just to build up the muscle in my arm and get my fingers moving i used to love playing and miss it loads but saying that seeing my Guitars at home while excercising my hand made me do it even more just so i could get back to playing them . ive got a couple of tickets to go see David gilmore in June and can't wait
