Take a look at Kirks'
Plane Talk book. It is the simplest way I know of to increase your theory and playing skills fast. I don't know of any top to bottom teaching sites that cover everything. You might just have to glean the best out of what you can find out there.I think some of the members here can point you at a few. Here are some reviews of Kirks book. It includes a forum membership for asking music related questions so that's one way to go.
