Hi Geoff, I'll go through the whole process just in case anyway else is interested (you may already have completed some of these steps):-
1) Go into
User CP which can be found in the blue bar right underneath the main Guitar for Beginners & Beyond logo.
2) You should now see a list of headings and sub-headings down the left-hand side. The required option is
Heading - Private Messages; Sub-Heading - Edit Folders.
3) You should now see a screen with a heading halfway down the page
'Add New Folders'. Click the name(s) of the folder(s) you want to create in boxes and then click the
'save folders' button.
4) Now that you have created the folders you can start moving messages to them, so head back to the main private messages screen where you will see a list of all your messages.
5) In the small box to the right of each message place a tick next to each message you would like to move. Once you have selected the appropriate messages scroll down to the bottom of the page and, in the drop down menu near the bottom, select
'move to folder...' and then click on the
'Go' button.
6) You will then be taken to another page which has a drop down menu showing the name of available folders, selct the appropriate folder and then click on
'Go'.
