Yes, Kristal supports multitrack recording. So you will have to utilize your soundcard to be able to record 2 tracks at once.
The mic input on your soundcard is mono, so if you are plugging your mic directly into the soundcard then you can't record more than one channel at a time.
The Line Input on the other hand is stereo, so if you have a mixer that you can use to plug your mic and guitar into, then it is possible to record both at the same time onto different tracks.
For example, lets say you plug your mic into channel 1 on your mixer and the guitar into cannel 2. The first thing to do is pan channel 1 all the way to the left and pan channel 2 all the way to the right. Then take two cables offf of the main mix ouputs from the mixer and use a Y-adaptor to plug these two cables into the soundcard. Make sure the Y-adaptor is stereo otherwise this will not work.
Then in Kristal you can record the "left analog in" on track 1 and the "right analog in" on track 2. And that should do it.
If you don't have a mixer, you can probably pick up a used Behringer on ebay or something for really cheap. This is really the only way to get it to work with a standard soundcard. The other option would be to buy a soundcard that is made for recording and has multiple inputs (like an M-Audio card).... This way would give better quality, but it'd also be a little more expensive.
