Non Guitar Finger Workouts
Ok this is what i do for my pinky and ringfinger exercise when i dont have a axe handy or just when im watchng tv or whatever.I know some prob seen this but i guess some prob havent.I been doing this for 3 weeks now and i def see a difference.Try it at least 30 mins a day i swear you wont be let down. just take a rubber band or like in pics my wifes hair pony(dosent have to be my wifes) that she wasnt to happy about me stretching out but shell live.And i wrap it around the same fingers on each hand till theres a tension.Then i just open and close.i try to do a few hundred a day with each finger.Youll feel it in your forearms also.Just thought id share something that seems to be working pretty good for me.And can def tell a difference with finger movements.I know it isnt anything fancy but hey what do ya have to lose by trying something when your doing nothing but watching my detroit tigers stomp everyone haha.
