Ok been having a tough time with this and haven't found anywhere that really explains how to play it. I was hoping maybe that someone could point me in the right direction or tell me how. Here is an example of what I'm trying to do, its a simple little thing and all.

Above the 7/9 is a tie over....Above the 10/11\10 is a tie over... Above the 8/10 is a tie over. The ones Im really interested in are the /5 and the 10\ at the beginning and end. In other words how do you scoop onto the fifth and how do you fall off the 10.
