Ok Heres the Info on the popular Major And Minor Barre Chords i told you about

ok the diagram shows 4 usefull barre shapes which when fingered correctly (index finger creates the barre) you can slide up and down the neck of the guitar without changing the shape to create a new chord based on the root note (which is the lowest bass note your index finger is touching) so what this basicly means is if your using the G major shape (see diagram)and you slide the whole shape up a fret you are now playing a G# major slide up again and your playing A majorand so on.

these are four great shapes to learn as they give you access to all the major and minor chords up and down the neck and will strenghthen your fingers too
